Edinburgh quartet The Spook School make very noisy guitar pop songs inspired by the post-punk-pop of Buzzcocks, Transformer ,Buster Keaton, and a dash of 60s pop for good measure. With guitarist Nye Todd identifying as trans, the band explore gender/sexuality with stories that do not shy away from being absurd.
