Gliss Riffer is Dan Deacon's simplified, self-produced album, which harks back to his earlier days, such as 2007's Spiderman Of The Rings. It contains the instrumental layering that we have come to expect from Dan Deacon, but it is Deacon's vocal ability that really shines through on this occasion.
